The colours and descriptions merely represent a general nature of the products. To assist with ordering we have included approximate dimensions for each product featured, but as many of the items featured are hand wrought a degree of variation is to be expected. Images are correct at the time of being added to the site, we reserve the right to alter designs, and we will up-date the web site from time to time as soon as practical after any change.

Pricing

All prices are calculated including any applicable Tax and Shipping charges (except for small orders under £25 which attract a charge of £2.50). We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Delivery

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 - 5 working days (Monday - Friday) of receipt. Should there be any delay on the item/s you have ordered then we will advise you of this. Orders being paid by cheque are shipped within 5 - 7 working days of receipt of payment.

The size of the order will determine the shipping method used. Delivery once shipped usually takes about 48 hrs for UK mainland, 3 - 5 days for the rest of Europe and please allow up to 15 working days for the Rest of the World.

Returns

We will accept returns up to 14 days after they have been received. Please email us on info@scottishgiftcompany.com to arrange returns. Your email should provide the following information

We will only accept back goods which have no sign of wear and tear and which arrive at our offices in as new condition. Once the package is received we will refund the value of the transaction. If the cancellation is for received non faulty goods, then the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping

There is no right to cancel any item which has been personalised, or any jewellery that has been unpackaged.
