We offer FREE POST on all orders over £50 to anywhere in the world!

Orders < £50 are charged at a flat rate:

Domestic (UK): £2.50

International: £5.00


We aim to despatch orders within 2-3 working days of receipt (Monday - Friday), often sooner!

Should there be any delay on the item/s you have ordered then we will advise you of this.

Delivery is usually by Royal Mail (1st Class) in the UK, and varies depending on the order value for International Orders, but is usually dispatched via Royal Mail International Standard Mail. For delivery estimates please see:

Royal Mail now advises that they have resumed normal service for International Orders after the recent cyber update. Please note however that there is still a large backlog to be cleared, therefore you should still expect parcels to take longer than usual to arrive, in some cases up to 7 weeks delivery time. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding and please accept our sincere apologies for any delay - unfortunately this is out with our control.

Please note: We will be unable to process refunds until after 12 weeks has passed from the order date for all international orders, as Royal Mail will not accept a claim for loss prior to this. If your order does not arrive within this time please contact us at: and let us know.

If you would like to request a different delivery service (Tracked or Courier) for your order, or have a specific deadline you require your order by, please get in touch prior to placing your order and we will advise what we are able to offer and any additional charges for this.



Please note, subsequent to the end of the Brexit transition period we have had recurring issues with parcels being sent to Germany. We always do out utmost to ensure every parcel is labeled correctly, with full customs information. However, on several occasions we have had parcels rejected by the German postal service, for no apparent reason, resulting in further cost to us and dissapointment for our customers. Until we can asscertain the cause of this issue we will not be sending parcels to Germany. Any orders for this region will be cancelled and refunded. Our apologies for this issue which is sadly out of our control.



Please note: You may be charged Import VAT and Customs Duty when your parcel arrives in your country for delivery. It is the receipients responsibility to pay these fees. These rates are set by your local goverment, not by The Scottish Gift Comany. We have no control over these charges. Orders returned to us for refusal to pay customs duties will be refunded, minus any postage and re-stocking costs.
